Completamente de acuerdo en que las w...</title><content type='html'>Hola Oscar,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Completamente de acuerdo en que las webs corporativas reciben un volumen escaso y están como poco desactualizadas la mayoría de las veces.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por otra parte, aunque Twitter es más dinámico, para que el candidato reciba información es necesario que ya haya sido &amp;#39;fidelizado&amp;#39; previamente haciéndose &amp;#39;follower&amp;#39;. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por eso decía yo que al final me parece que tendríamos a los mismos (pocos) candidatos que estarían dispuestos a seguir el día a día de la empresa vía web corporativa, escuchando esa misma información pero en distinto formato (tweets, que son más virales hasta cierto punto...). La verdad es que panaceas en el mundo d...</title><content type='html'>Hola Jose:&lt;br /&gt;La verdad es que panaceas en el mundo del reclutamiento no existe ninguna, quizás lo mas parecido, en el ámbito web sea infojobs y sus carencias son enormes, la webs corporativas son un buen escaparate, pero el volumen de candidatos recibidos suele ser escaso y suelen pecar de estáticas y descuidadas en el área de empleo.&lt;br /&gt;Twitter es un recurso dinámico, pero que exige una gran dedicación si se quiere utilizar como una fuente de reclutamiento principal, personalmente solo lo considero como un complemento valido para perfiles del ámbito de la tecnología, marketing, consultoría y comunicación. En muchas ocasiones la persona que promociona es la que ha sabido desarrollar mejor un proyecto o proyectos en concreto, no necesariamente la que mejor se interrelaciona con su entorno.
